Davies lawyers strive to be among the best in their chosen fields of practice. The firm is now seeking an experienced e-discovery lawyer to join its leading Dispute Resolution team. This senior lawyer will take a leadership role, developing technology focused discovery plans, setting and maintaining best-in-class procedures to identify, access, handle and preserve data, and working closely with various e-discovery vendors. You will work directly with litigation, competition and other partners and clients to provide strategic advice on all manner of e-discovery issues, including the use of data analytics and AI. You will also be expected to work closely with the Firm’s litigation specialists and keep them apprised of new developments and trends in this area.
The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of e-discovery experience gained in a well-respected firm. A background as a litigator, excellent technical skills and a strategic mindset will be required. You will also need to be creative, self-motivated and forward- thinking in order to succeed in this role. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills will also be important.
Experience and attitude are going to be top priorities in identifying the ideal candidate for this role. The files you will be working on are large, complex, sophisticated and high profile.
