Legal Counsel (5-9 Years Corporate/Commercial Experience)

The ideal candidate will have 5 – 9 years of corporate / commercial experience gained from a major firm and/or corporation including commercial IT and procurement experience.  Excellent negotiation and drafting skills as well as experience working independently will be required.  Strong time management skills and a natural curiosity as well as the ability to prioritize will be needed in this busy and varied practice.  Leadership skills will also be valued as you will be responsible for developing and managing two reports as well as playing a broader leadership role within the legal team.  An ability to build relationships will be required to succeed in this role as you will be working directly with business groups and leaders from across the Company.
