Getting Your Job
Search Started

Whether you are interested in one of our current searches, or are exploring the market, the first step to is to email us your material. We require an updated CV, transaction summary and academic transcripts. You can be assured that the process is confidential and we will not release any of your materials to clients without receiving your authorization.

After reviewing your material, if your experience is appropriate for one of our opportunities or if we are able to assist in your search, we will contact you to arrange an in-person interview. Our initial interviews are thorough and typically last for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. You should be prepared to discuss your work experience, reviews, academics, salary expectations and why you are interested in making a career change. We will provide you with more information about our client and the particulars of the position. At this point we will seek authorization to release your materials to our client and explore our client’s interest in your candidacy. Should our client be interested in meeting with you, we will arrange the interview and prepare you for it. If you have any questions about the opportunity, we will answer them to our fullest capability.

We will remain involved in the process from the first interview through to the offer stage. We will liaise between you and our client and will provide thoughtful advice with your goals in mind. We are committed to representing you confidentially and with integrity.
