Since our inception in 2004, we have recruited candidates for both private practice and in-house positions in Canada and internationally.

After a decision has been made, we liaise between you and the candidate to make the placement and subsequent transition period as smooth as possible.

Our role as a discrete third party means that preliminary discussions can be kept confidential. Prospective candidates can discuss their interest and suitability for any position in confidence, and as such are more likely to approach us.

In addition, we have a researcher on staff who analyzes the market and regularly adds candidates to our database.



Advertising increases your opportunity’s visibility to a broader audience. We use both print and online media to ensure maximum exposure. This ensures professionals who are both actively seeking new opportunities and those with a passive interest are more likely to notice and respond to your opportunity. We personally create any required advertisements, liaise with printers and arrange publication.
