Since our inception in 2004, we have recruited candidates for both private practice and in-house positions in Canada and internationally.

Our familiarity with the legal profession enables us to understand your requirements and our extensive network leads to quick identification of the strongest candidates for your position. We aim to produce shortlists that have depth, and we advise you throughout the interview process. After a decision has been made, we liaise between you and the candidate to make the placement and subsequent transition period as smooth as possible.

Our role as a discrete third party means that preliminary discussions can be kept confidential. Prospective candidates can discuss their interest and suitability for any position in confidence, and as such are more likely to approach us.


We work with corporations from a wide range of industries to find their ideal candidate. Our experience extends to all levels of legal counsel; from General Counsel to Junior Legal Counsel, and to non-traditional legal roles including Corporate Secretary and Corporate Development. We also work with corporations to find effective paraprofessionals and legal support staff.

Database Search

Our reputation in the industry connects us with exceptional legal professionals. This means our database is constantly updated with lawyers, paraprofessionals and support staff who are receptive to a career change. In addition, we have a researcher on staff who analyzes the market and regularly adds candidates to our database.



Advertising increases your opportunity’s visibility to a broader audience. We use both print and online media to ensure maximum exposure. This ensures professionals who are both actively seeking new opportunities and those with a passive interest are more likely to notice and respond to your opportunity. We personally create any required advertisements, liaise with printers and arrange publication.
