Corporate Law Clerk (5+ Years’ Corporate Experience)

For this role, the majority of the work will be on the corporate side, attending to corporate filings and annual returns (both federal and provincial), maintaining corporate records, org charts and minute books, and preparing contracts and legal templates.   In addition, you will coordinate SEDI, TSX, and SEDAR filings and continuous disclosure documents.  You will also assist with preparation for Board meetings, including preparation of Board materials, agendas, and minutes.  This position will report to the General Counsel and be based in the head office in Mississauga, in a hybrid work arrangement.
